| Help Points |
| |
Assistance for any disabled travellers flying into Aberdeen or any other UK airport can request special assistance via their airline.
Help Points are situated throughout the airport for those travellers with special needs or disabilities, including the terminal forecourts, short stay car parks and luggage reclaim halls.
These Help Points show a map highlighting your location within the airport. A telephone to request help from airport staff means disabled travellers at Aberdeen Airport can get immediate help with wheelchair push/provision or help at check-in carrying heavy luggage.

Those travellers who are hard of hearing or partially sighted can use the induction loops available where signs are displayed showing the 'sympathetic ear' symbol. For ease of use all the airport's directional signs use black text on a yellow background.
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are the only dogs allowed in the terminal buildings. |

Valet Meet & Greet |
|
|
|
Valet meet and greet parking is an ideal service for any passenger travelling with disabilities or special needs. This hugely convenient parking service means there's no worry about a transfer from the car park to the terminal.
Simply leave the car with the meet & greet rep right outside the terminal at a pre-arranged time - allowing passengers to go straight to check-in.
The car is stored in a secure parking compound and then delivered straight back to the terminal for passenger's return.
The valet meet and greet service provides all airline passengers with the ultimate hassle free start to their travel from Aberdeen Airport. The service is perfect for disabled or special needs passengers, or families with babies or small children, travellers with heavy bags or sporting equipment and corporate travellers.
For typical meet and greet parking expect to pay around £83 for one week and £118 for two weeks, depending on the operator you choose.
Pre-booking valet parking is advised to ensure availability.
